SHIPPING POLICY

Here’s everything about how your FitWisz order gets to you.

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. During this time your order is verified, prepared, and handed to our fulfillment partners. You’ll receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase.

DELIVERY TIME

Most orders arrive within 8–15 business days after dispatch. We work with trusted international fulfillment partners, which lets us keep prices fair — the tradeoff is slightly longer transit than same-day retail.

Delivery estimates are just that — estimates. Occasionally customs processing, carrier delays, or high-demand periods can add a few days.

TRACKING

As soon as your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number and link. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking to activate after you receive it.

If your tracking hasn’t updated for more than 5 business days, contact us and we’ll investigate directly with the carrier.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS & COSTS

We ship internationally. Shipping costs (if any) are calculated and displayed at checkout before you pay.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

Depending on your country, imported goods may be subject to customs duties or import taxes. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. FitWisz has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

WRONG ADDRESS

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us within 12 hours of ordering and we’ll do our best to correct it before dispatch. We are unable to redirect orders once they have shipped, and we cannot refund orders lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES

If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days of the shipping confirmation, contact us with your order number. We’ll investigate with the carrier and, if the package is confirmed lost, send a replacement or issue a full refund.

MULTIPLE ITEMS

If you order more than one item, they may ship separately and arrive at different times. Don’t worry — the rest is on its way.
