Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?

Most orders arrive within 8–15 business days. We work with trusted international fulfillment partners, which keeps prices fair — the tradeoff is slightly longer transit than same-day retail. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships, usually within 1–3 business days of purchase.

Once your order ships, we email you a tracking link. Give it 24–48 hours to activate after you receive it. If your tracking hasn’t updated in over 5 business days, contact us and we’ll investigate directly with the carrier.

Yes. Shipping times and costs vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer and depend on your country’s regulations.

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, yes — contact us within 12 hours of ordering and we’ll do our best to catch it. Once it’s with the carrier, we can’t modify it, but our return policy has you covered.

Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return on physical products. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Start the process through our Contact page with your order number — we’ll walk you through it.

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.

Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right — replacement or full refund, your choice. No need to ship the damaged item back in most cases.

Payments & Security
What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure checkout. Payments are encrypted end to end.

Yes. We never see or store your full card details — all transactions are handled by PCI-compliant payment infrastructure with bank-level encryption.

Usually it’s a typo in card details, an expired card, or a bank security flag on international purchases. Double-check your info, or try another card. If it persists, your bank can tell you why.
